Mein
Diplom in Biologie und den Doktor der Naturwissenschaften (Dr. rer.
nat.) habe ich an der Philipps-Universität Marburg unter der Betreuung
von Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Christoph Kirchner (Fachbereich Biologie) 1992
bzw. 1996 erworben.
Von 1996 bis 1998 war ich Postdoc
an der Klinik für Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe der Philipps-Universität
Marburg und von 1998 bis 2003 an der Klinik für Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe der
Universitätsmedizin Göttingen.
Nach Abschluss meiner
Habilitation im Jahr 2003 wurde ich Privatdozent.
Seit
2007 bin ich Professor für Experimentelle Gynäkologie an der Klinik für
Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe der Universitätsmedizin Göttingen, wo ich
auf dem Gebiet der Reproduktionsmedizin und der gynäkologischen
Onkologie lehre und forsche.
